Seasonal Supplement Support
Cats and Dogs are in contact with areas that can expose them to chemicals in the home and pesticides outdoors.
Pesticide exposure is highest in the summer. Because our animal friends do not wear protective clothing and lick themselves, they have a higher exposure than most of us.
Most pets by middle age have also developed some level of inflammation in their bodies. This trajectory can be greatly improved through preventive nutrition.
Starting off with supplements that support your pets ability to clear any chemicals from their body and to help support a healthy immune system is key in keeping them healthy for many years.
Diet
A fresh food diet is an excellent way to start off with a good nutritional basis that's going to keep the microbiome in their gut healthy, have them attract less parasites, support a healthy immune system and mental well-being. Feeding a diet without chemicals using organic meat and vegetables is in my experience the best way to give a good foundation for overall health.

Multivitamin
In addition to a fresh food diet, I recommend a multivitamin for all patients.
Cats - Feline Whole Body Support by Standard Process or Feline Basic by ThorneVet (available in powder and soft chew form)
Dogs - Canine Whole Body Support by Standard Process or Canine Basic by ThorneVet (available in powder or soft chew form)
For general support of a healthy digestive tract and nutrient absorption, I recommend enzymes - Multizyme by Standard Process 1cap per meal up to 20lb body weight, 2 caps per meal >20lb body weight and probiotics - Biomaintenance by Metabolic maintenance - Cats and small dogs 1/8-1/4 of human dose, medium dogs 1/2 human dose, large dogs 3/4 human dose, giant breeds full human dose. The health of the gut lining is one of the most important factors in reducing the risk of or healing pre-existing allergies.
Seasonal Support for SUMMER
In addition to basic support above, I recommend a seasonal support that rotates through the major organs that need extra support at particular times of the year
